Attended Hazelwick School in Crawley to teach all their Year 8 students Boccia.
Nominated and won Pearson BTEC Learner of the year award.
Attended Bishop Tufnell Infant School to teach wheelchair sport skills to their reception, Year 1 and Year 2 students.
Attended Imberhorne School in East Grinstead coaching athletic drills with their Year 8 students.
Attended Broadwater C of E First & Middle School to give a motivational speech about para-sport and my achievements to celebrate Olympic & Paralympic week.
Attended East Preston Junior School teaching wheelchair sport skills and to share my sporting successes.
Attended St. Mary’s Primary School in Horsham showing them wheelchair sport activities and celebrated Olympic & Paralympic week.
Attended Easebourne Primary School teaching boccia and discussing disability sport.
I accepted a place on the Fit4 Foundation Programme for talented athletes.

Selected for the British Athletics Academy squad ‘Parallel Success’ due to my huge progress in PB’s and national rankings.
GOLD medal at the Ford Test Track 10 Miles road race.
SILVER medal at the Spitzen Leichtathletik Luzern International 400m track race.
Finalist at the British National Championships for 100m, 400m, and 1500m.

1st position for the Worthing Lido 1K.
GOLD medals for 100m, 200m, and 400m at the SCAA & IPC Disability Championships.
BRONZE at the Diamond League (Zurich) 400m.

My name is Lizzie Williams and I grew up in the sunny south coast of England. I am competing internationally as a T54 British Athlete wheelchair racer.
I am a selected squad member for the British Athletics Academy ‘Parallel Success’, and I am working hard towards reaching my dream of becoming a Paralympian, representing Great Britain in Tokyo 2020.
